  Our stove from Home Depot is only 1 yr old, easily under warranty. It stopped working and we called for service. 2 companies were contacted and neither one came to look at the stove. They both "guessed" what was wrong and "ordered parts". We waited 6 WEEKS between the companies before they brought the part and then said "Oh, actually you don't need any parts"! and they fixed the problem in the service call!!!!! Why couldn't they have down that in the first place??? Called Home Depot & they said sorry for your trouble.... No stove on Thanksgiving or Christmas... Sorry for your trouble. Don't worry - we've already switched our shopping to Lowe's.

  Provding materials & advice on a project I am working on this winter. They have given me tips on better approaches which are faster & more cost effective. Along with the military discount they offer, l am under budget and the design has improved. Their people are knowledgeable and take the time to provide a better understanding of what to use & what to do!
