  Today I was at the outlets in Aurora Ohio. My daughter was very excited because she can finally fit into Justice clothes. I took her to get some school clothes. Sadly, the experience was not very good. When I entered the store, there were two employees standing near the entrance. It didn't take long to realize that they were not happy. I spent about 30 minutes in the store hearing them complain and talk about another employee loud enough to hear them in the back of the store. I do believe that one of the girls was a manager. She complained about hiring people ...on and on and on. I had made eye contact with a few other shoppers who too were surprised about the open public conversation. While they were on their rant, there was a very cute girl at the register trying to check a line of people out. There was a rack blocking the fitting rooms. I would suggest them to take their managements and company complaints to the storage area. It made for a very awkward trip. Not sure I will be going back.
